Art residency is in a former railway electricity power plant. It overlooks sunsets over a forest and a river. The building was recently accommodating railway workers’ barracks, and a part of it is still used as a train depot. The residence space #1 is 34sq m, it includes a private bathroom and a tiny kitchen. Some of the neighbouring apartments are occupied by community members.
